IQF (Individually quick frozen) fish fillets are all processed and frozen within hours of catch. Most fillets are frozen in nitrogen tunnels to maintain optimum freshness and to ensure the highest quality. Each fillet is individually inspected for quality and consistency and then carefully sized and packaged according to specific customer order. Net weight is guaranteed for all products. Besides the IQF products, vacuum-packed whitefish fillets are also offered. Fresh whitefish fillets are caught daily by the local Door County fishermen. We provide:
