Eviscerated Fish And Fillets
The Great Lakes fish are caught daily by the local fishermen and processed within hours of the catch. The fast processing helps to maintain the highest quality of the fish. Whitefish are eviscerated - entrails and gills removed, washed and packaged.  All fish are suitable for smoking and baking in addition to other specialty uses. We also manufacture whitefish fillets ranging from 6 to 14 oz. Our eviscerated fish selection includes:
